Suggestion on "the Overwhelmed Study Plan" given my current scores and timing

Hi everyone @gregmat,

I have just finished the Quant foundation quizzes (untimed) and got the results as following

I was quite surprised that I got pretty low scoring < 60% in some topics and this is what Greg used to say in his coursework video that less solid foundation will actually resonate in your actual scores. Recently, I took the test in May 2025 with the scores of 159Q 147V (306 in total) and below are my screenshots of the diagnostic report.

As my main priority is Quant for getting in MSBA high-ranking school, I got no excuses nor ego anymore since this report reflected everything. I realised that my foundations really need a huge overhauling.

And as for Verbal, the problem was very obvious; Vocabs which I find it the most struggling to maintain despite 500+ words that I have completed in Magoosh app. Strategies and timing also made a huge impact on my time management and accuracy.

To be honest, my realistic expected scores for my upcoming test by the end of October 2025 are Q165+ and V155+, a total of 320+ and given that I am now studying for GRE full-time (4-6 hrs per day). What should be the most efficient way to make use of the Overwhelmed plan, given these scores and timing

My plan right now is to go through all modules in the Overwhelmed plan for Quant and Verbal from the very beginning and perhaps utilizing the 1-month plan additionally for Verbal. Do you think this plan would be sufficient?

This is my first time using Gregmat services. So, thank you all in advance for any suggestions from now on.

Hi!

Given that your quant foundation still needs work, as indicated by the quiz results, I suggest going through the I’m Overwhelmed Plan to get that quant foundation as strong as possible.

Hi again @gregmat,

And as for Verbal, do you suggest going through just the Overwhelmed plan as well? because I think I saw one of the other forums talking about combining this plan with the one-month study plan for those who got a very low Verbal score (mine is 147). Would appreciate your thought on this!!

Cheers.

No, for verbal I would go through the One-Month Plan, really making sure that I am prioritizing memorizing vocabulary and retaining it and mastering those strategies.
