I didn’t get the second blanc. 2 blancs have to support each other but I cannot get why is it “Limiting” in the second blanc.
First part of the problem is hinting towards that when population increase we turn towards vegetative food. Now, the second part is talking about the non-vegetative (meat) resources. Now, vegetative and meat are contrasting terms here and we can make an inference from the first half of the question that

Now, 2nd blank is asking we want meat over cereals so what we have to do to the the number of
