I choose B during solving because for opt E i eliminated widespread because since it is heridetory that disease would be specfic to their family. for C and D god eliminated because no evidence of “new” unsual was there. so thats that. No for opt A i expected that since natural selection is acting against severe disesases there there will rare… and in the prompt it is given that “but, surprisingly,
they are not.” So i eliminated opt A…
