Hey Gregmat community,
Just took the GRE for the first time last weekend and scored a 324 (164Q / 160V)! I’m happy with my score but my network has been suggesting that I take the test one more time to score higher in order to be competitive for the programs I want to get into (M7 MBA).
My ideal score is a 168Q / 164V (332) and I’m wondering how can I get there? Looking for insights and recommendations for a study plan and/or resources that can help me in my current position.
It is worth mentioning that timing was a bit of an issue for the last 2 sections (the difficult quant and verbal sections) and I definitely feel like I had trouble with reading comprehension and sentence equivalence in the verbal.
Here is what I think my plan should be as well as open questions to the community here:
- At least 50 sets of RC passage questions from GRE Big Book
- Hard/Extreme Quant questions from 300+ Quant Problems set from Gregmat
- Complete all sentence equivalence practice/quizzes on Gregmat
- Gregmat Practice Exam #3 (Already took 1 and 2)
- Is it worth it to get any official GRE prep materials? If so, which one(s)?
Happy to provide more information if needed, thanks so much Gregmat community! Super grateful for the support and help from this group.
Thank you.
