Time management for Big Book long RCs

Been doing BB RCs for some while now, normally I’d complete one long RC around 10~14minutes
Now consider this passage(pretty hard imo and it took me almost 15 minutes)


One of the “experts” down in the comment section(in the link)said we should complete this passage in under 5 minutes, which I kinda disagree with.
What are your thoughts on this and is it really possible to complete a passage this long under 5 minutes?

Current GRE is 20 questions in 30 mins so 1:30 min per question , So he isn’t wrong there but the new gre doesn’t have 7 questions so 4-5s question is the max that I have encountered . Hence all in all you got 2mins to read the passage then 1 mins+ to answer questions given you have saved time in other question types
