Hey.
How long does it take a 165+ scorer to do the Chart Questions on the current GRE?
On the Big Book, I currently take 10-12 minutes to do 5 questions.
Asking such question doesn’t really help because everyone got 20 question and 35 min for each quant section meaning everyone exactly have 1 min 45 sec per question but if you want to score high then at minimum you need to give 5 min for re-checking/ re-doing questions thus, in that case you only got 30 minutes to solve 20 questions or 1 min 30 sec for each question.
I spend around 45-60 secs on an average when it comes to a data questions. Finish 20 questions in around 20-25 minutes (depending on difficulty) and use the last 10 minutes to recheck.
I do not spend time doing mental calculations and use the calculator as best as I can.
nice.
I am currently taking 2 minutes per Chart Question of the Big Book. The final question, which is the most difficult, can take upto 3 minutes. Any specific tips you follow? Should I just practice?
I have prepared for exams which have much much harder data questions than the GRE, hence these questions seem like a cakewalk. I would only advice to practise and try to find some shortcuts in untimed practise.
