While I take notes on the key points, I often can’t locate or understand them when I review them later. I tend to write incomplete words using only a few consonants or vowels, and afterward I struggle to remember what those words were meant to represent.
I also find it challenging to take only a few notes. My mind doesn’t feel at ease unless I write more, and when I try to limit myself, I feel as though I haven’t listened carefully enough. Then, when I go back to my notes, I feel like I don’t have enough to rely on.
