I am getting a date for TOEFL on 23rd of October or 29th October. Is it too late to give TOEFL?

It’s not unless you are holding your other preparation steps like SOPs and LORs to study for it. If you have studied, you can try giving it in a nearby city.

Yes, I have studied for it already. But I couldn’t find a date for any nearby city as well. I will keep preparing LOR and SOP side by side while revising for TOEFL

Then I guess you can book ASAP and go on with the rest of the application process and send the scores as soon as you get the official results. All the best for your applications and exam!
