Hi! I’m a beginner preparing for the TOEFL, and I’m currently following Greg’s study plan — it’s going well so far. However, I’m facing some difficulties, especially with the reading and speaking sections.
In the reading section, I find it quite hard to identify and summarize the main points of a passage. Could you please suggest how I can improve this within one month if I’m ready to study sincerely?
In the case of independent speaking questions, I struggle to generate good ideas within the 15–25 seconds of preparation time. As a result, I can’t explain my thoughts properly. Without the time pressure, I can speak more fluently, although there might still be some grammatical errors. I’m not sure how to overcome the problem of thinking quickly within that short time frame. Any advice would be really helpful!
