Two month Plan. Practice recommendations

Hi everyone!
I used to watch some of the gregmat videos on Youtube about a year ago but the left GRE prep due to some reasons. I will be applying for Fall 22, so imperative for me to get a good GRE score by August. I have recently started with the 2-month plan. I have completed 4 classes so far but I am not able to use the tools and strategies properly. I am doing the HW problems given at the end of each session religiously but I feel I am lacking something.

Could someone advise on how to I can focus more on deliberate practice? Should I take up more problems to practice? Or should I just follow the plan?

PS: Can someone point me to the list of support/contrast words/punctuations? As that would help me a lot. Thanks!

Hi @taciturn_guy! Hehe, don’t worry too much for now. 4 classes is not enough to see a drastic improvement, so your feelings are definitely valid. When I first started with the 2-month plan, I also felt like I was struggling and was doing something wrong. But now that I’m 4 weeks in, I feel much better about my ability to understand the concepts and conquer the GRE problems.

I think that you should just stick to the 2-month plan and TRUST THE PROCESS! It will be frustrating at first, but this plan is incredibly comprehensive, so you will be learning basically everything you need by the end of it. Don’t forget, improvement takes time. Being able to use the tools and strategies that Greg teaches will come with time. The more videos you watch and analyze, the better you will be able to use those tools eventually. Also, it’s not about how many practice problems you do, but about really grasping the concepts and deeply and logically thinking through each question you do.

Good luck! Just keep pushing forward and trust the process.
