Urgent Question Please let me know As soon as possible

For At home,

  1. Am I allowed to write things on the paper in the one minute breaks.

  2. For 10 minute breaks, what are the general rules to keep in mind.
    a. can I sit without skipping full break time after I come back restroom during 10 min break?
    b. Can I write during that time?

  3. do I have to tape the edges of the white sheet I use? can it be a3 (just for more space in case) will mostly use a4. just wanted to know since I have both.

  4. Are the proctors too strict? I have the habit moving my face as I read sentences. I had this issue with another test and was asked not to do that?
    it will be really helpful id someone lets me know as soon as possible? Can I join any discord for any last minute question I may have? I have exam today and my gregmat is expiring today (not sure of time)

Hey there -
I haven’t given my GRE yet, but based on some YouTube videos:
2. a. You should be able to sit without skipping the break
2. b. I wouldn’t advise you to write things on your paper during breaks - better be safe than sorry.
3. I don’t mean to make you nervous (and I could be wrong), but aren’t we supposed to use a dry erase sheet (where you write with a whiteboard marker and erase)? If that’s what you meant, then A4’s probably the safest choice.
4. There’s no telling - some are kind, but there seem to be multiple proctors for one student. As for the part where you move your head - the software doesn’t let you switch screens, and the proctor needs you to show the room using your front camera in the beginning, so there shouldn’t be suspicion on their end about what you’re reading off of besides the question paper.
