I am at week 3 day 3 of my 2 month plan and I recently am able to apply the strategies taught by Greg (not to an extremely good level but much better than a week ago)
The issue is, when I try to understand the ideas, I am confused with what word to exactly use and even if I do use a word, the options’ vocabulary seems daunting. So I use google and search up all the words which I don’t know and end up with the correct answer.
However, this feels quite dishonest and feels like I am cheating myself.
I wanted to know if I should continue this way of practice or not.
Def not! I mean eventually you’ll get used to searching it online and this is surely not beneficial. Since you’re in week 3, I’m assuming that you did start with the words.
Yeah makes perfect sense, but there are many questions where I am unable to understand any of the options, since they weren’t covered yet. So do I just leave them as it is?
If you are really unsure about their meanings, then you can prob leave them for now and once you’re done with those words, you can always come back and solve those questions.
I always look up words I don’t know. If you’re doing a timed mock test, using a dictionary would skew your score, but when I’m studying just to study, I look up words. They usually turn up again and when they do, it’s nice to know them instead of needing to skip
