Hey can you tell me how to improve my understanding of the question, even after knowing vocab some times it is hard to understand the questions.
- Watch a video demonstrating the technique( math strategy or support / contrast or blank-of-4 etc.).
- Open the big book and attempt the first part of the verbal section, which contains seven questions, using the technique you just learned. Take as much time as you need, and don’t worry about the time limit.
- Check your answers against the answer key at the back of the book. Note whether you arrived at each answer through random guessing or by using the technique you learned. Then, attempt the questions again and see if you can identify the clues that led you to the correct answers. Repeat this process until you feel comfortable using the technique.
- You’ll also notice which types of questions the technique is most useful for, and that a single technique may not work for all questions. Keep track of your findings in an error log.
