Verbal Timing (Panic!)

Hi!

I need advice on something that’s been scaring me to death here.
Verbal is something that isn’t my forte and although I am understanding the concepts, my timing on the questions on the whole is more than what it should be.

When I do the timed practice in particular, there’s a subconscious panic with the clock ticking and this doesn’t allow me to fully concentrate on the question either.
I have this constant worry I wont be able to complete the section in time if this continues!

Is there anything that helped you guys? Or is there an order/ strategy of attempting certain questions first? (Like for example, I see a lot of people attempting the long passage in the end)

Would really appreciate some help!

Thanks :))

You have to decide which question type is your strength and just skip to them whenever you tackle a particular section.

Time management is a very crucial component of the test. You get 90 sec on average for each question in verbal . So, you should make a threshold, for eg: If by 30 sec I am unable to get the logic of the question , I will just skip the question and move on (but don’t forget to mark a random ans choice first)
