The reason being all of the odd numbered customers are served by 1st representative and all of the even numbered customers are served by 2nd representative? Could there be an exception? If yes, How do we detect that anomaly?

Notice customer 7 is taking more time than customer 8. So A who was serving customer will be serving him while B finishes customer 8 and will carry on to customer 9. So once A is finished with customer 7, He will go to customer 10
