Can anyone explain what the question meant? And how to arrive at Decorum as the correct answer?
high and mighty(idea) :-> on the outside looking in(contrast) → Blank will be opposite of the idea,thus, high and mighty means : treating oneself above others so, treating everyone with equal respect(Modest) will be a good guess, decorum fits this

I though “Ironically” should be the indicator for contrast. I feel its important to know the meaning of the phrase “on the outside looking in” which means to be excluded from a group.
