Confused as to why my solution is wrong. Here’s what I did:
0.2(0.9)+0.85(0.5)+0.3(x)=0.9
.3x=0.295
x=0.98333…
This is wrong? Why?
Where does the 0.85 come from?
His score on the three highest quizzes divided by the total number of points for all three quizzes. So 51/60
Does 98% actually work? Hint: try plugging it back.
