What clause is the below part of sentence?

The fact that you even made an effort, something most people dont do makes me cry.

Doubts
In this is “something” a subordinating conjunction?

Is [something…do] is this an adverb clause modifying made?

if it is adjective clause which relative pronoun is it missing.

I would put the “something most people don’t do” between dashes to make it easier to read.

The fact that you even made an effort – something most people don’t do – makes me cry.

“Something most people don’t do” refers to “making an effort”.

I am unsure about the technical classifications. Did this appear in a particular GRE question?
