Which session video to watch in Week 1 Day 1 verbal - 1 month plan

Hi, I am new to GRE and GREGMAT. I am just starting the 1 month plan and am confused as to which video lesson should I watch?

I am on week 1 day 1 verbal and it has these 3 session videos -

1 - Text Completion and Sentence Equivalence (TC and SE) Session I
2 - (2024 Edition) TC and SE Strategy Series - Session 1
3 - (2024 Edition with ETS Material) TC and SE Strategy Series - Session 1

which one of these should I watch?
