I think I find the Quant quizzes far more intimidating on Gregmat. I use some resources from Manhattan. I elaborately completed Manhattan 1-6. I wouldn’t presume I am bad at solving problems. I should be somewhere above average. But I opine that the problems I face in GRE Mini Quiz and elsewhere on the Gregmat site relegate my confidence level in a second.
Some topics are not even covered in PrepSwift videos. Had the GRE exam been this hard, people wouldn’t have scored more than 135 or 140 in quant.
I’m quite disappointed.
First: do you have proof of this? This can be from an official ETS practice test or real exam.
Could you clarify which quizzes are you referring to?
I attempted GRE mini quiz 25, and Quant Problems. Also, I’d say the same about the associated Exercises in PrepSwift videos.
Anyways, it is what it is! I just wanted to raise the concern. I wanted to check if anybody else felt the same way. Also, if I am wrong, the ones who took the GRE exam already might actually help me by correcting me.
I think as we prepare for a test, we grow a level of confidence. Nobody sits for an exam with zero confidence.
However, I can supply some credibility to my claim. I attempted the GRE Practice Test 1 immediately after purchasing Gregmat subscription. My results look something like this.
Wish me luck.
Yeah, they are generally a little harder than GRE problems IMO
