In the Quant-Concept-Series, if you scroll down to the very bottom and watch the video GRE Quant Concept Series - Mega Data Analysis Practice 1 and go to 1:13:29 and understand Greg’s explanation for that question, at the end Greg says the person’s new position is the 13th position in the third quartile.
My question is wouldn’t it be the 23rd position in the third quartile? If not can anyone help me understand why it is the 13th position instead.
