I have the official guide to GRE (the big book) but the page numbers and test questions dont line up with what he has for the big book homework. Did i get the wrong book?? I just bought whatever was on the link to amazon for day 0 …hm…
Hi. The Big Book is a different book altogether from the Official Guide. You can just google “GRE Big Book” (it is an old out of print collection of 27 ETS GRE tests from decades ago). You will be able to find a pdf of it on the internet. Don’t buy it unless you are an antique standardized test collector studying the normal curve or something.
Hope that helps,
Regan
I don’t get what the normal curve has to do with the Big Book - sure the scores are normally distributed, but you would get that on the PDF too.
Sorry, that was just me joking? I was suggesting that there might be an actually pundit out there who would pay big money for the physical copy of Big Book, whose actual area of study was the changes (y) in what constitutes a high achieving standardized test score over time (x). What I was referring to is how the old tests are easier.
