We know ‘yet’ is a contrasting word. Here, ‘hide important -------- empty slogans’ refers to a negative connotation. Since the math strategy, shouldn’t the other part of contrast be positive? Then how are ‘deceptive’ and ‘dissimilar’ the correct answers?"

Pay attention to the content of the ideas being labelled as negative or positive

For the second blank we’re saying that “hiding differences” is a bad thing, hence being different must be a good thing
