How to revive from this?

I’m a full time worker and have been studying GRE on and off for the last 1.5 years on GregMat. I appeared first on Dec 25 2023 and got 141V150Q. Then I took a month break and started again. I went back to prepswift and solidified my quant concepts and solved as many problems as I can. Then I covered the TV and RC playlist from GregMat. I think I was doing good on TC and SE but RC was an issue but was doing good under untimed practice. Due to my office pressure, I couldn’t appear any mock test also I was afraid of mock test thought lower score might make me depressed.

I gave my second test on Sept 25th and my first section was Quant. Even though all the questions looked solvable I panicked under time constraints and didn’t do well. In the Verbal section, I was re-reading every sentence as I was facing this mental block out of nowhere and it was hard for me to even rephrase. In the RC, I wasn’t even being able to rephrase due to this mental block. My result was V143Q152.

Now I’m utterly disappointed at myself for not doing more what was required. Still, I’m open to suggestions and planning to sit again after thanksgiving. Any advice?
